I served as an LDC in Ministry of Water Resources for the continuously 4-years. According to the appointment letter i was appointed as temporarily( AS usual with each appointment letter) for 2 year hence i was on probation for 2 years but it was not extended. On the acceptance of my technical Resignation i joined Income-Tax Department, where i worked for a year and again i resigned technically which was accepted and joined as An Inspector in Central Excise Department. I a able to get transfer T.A.?
