I will give a little introduction about seniority. In our organisation, 3 employees viz., x,y,z stands as 1,2,3 in serniority respectively. Subseqeuntly, on promotions during 2009 based on qualificaiton, merit and service rules of corporation, z stands as 1, y stands as 2 and x stands as 3. After getting promotions, the said x and y employees were not raised any grievance / objection. Now, x wants to raise objection and submit a representation to management by correcting the senioirty based on initial joining date. Is it correct to claim now.
